仪器安装要求

仪器的安装必须由GNR或者经过GNR培训并授权的工程师负责完成。为了保障仪器安装顺利完成，外围相关对接设施、设备的准备工作由客户负责完成。

安装空间：

设备安装、放置的区域，必须要有足够的空间，能保证充分的空气流通，同时满足技术人员维护、维修的需要。

设备的尺寸如下：

宽 65CM，深 50CM，高 95CM。

电源：

百瑞彩票设备所需的电源，必须是220V 50/60Hz单相电源，并符合CEI规定。电源的输出端串联一个16A保险保护，或者是D型磁热开关，可以有效吸收浪涌的冲击。

百瑞彩票电源线的额尺寸要能承载设备工作时的最大功率负载，并保证长期安全工作，尤其需要关注的是地线的连接。

百瑞彩票安装稳压设备，能有效的避免忽高忽低不稳定的电源输入，对光谱仪和电脑内部电子器件的损害。

设备随机配备有电源线，长170CM。

辅助气体：

辅助气体的钢瓶要有效固定放置，符合相关的安全规定。放置的位置尽可能的靠近设备，并避免过大的温度变化，避免太阳直射。

请注意：必须使用99.999%以上的高纯氩气（氧气<3PPM，氢气<2PPM，氮气<5PPM，水蒸气<5PPM）。如果不能找到合适的气体，建议客户购买氩气净化器，能有效的净化不符合要求的氩气，以满足设备的正常使用需求。

气管及适配器：

设备上带有一个快速接头。与之对应的，配有一根2.5M的特氟龙管，如客户需要更长的气管，请联系GNR中国服务中心。

为了有效的与减压表连接，GNR提供有如下配件：1/8 快速气管接头，F/F 1/8 直通型气管连接器，M/F G1/4 到G1/8 的气管连接器。

减压阀：

减压阀要与氩气钢瓶相匹配，这需要有客户自行准备。如果无法获得，请联系GNR。减压阀需要有两个压力指示表头，一个用来指示钢瓶内的气体压力，另一个显示输出氩气的压力（能够有效指示3~4bar的压力）。并不需要流量计，因为设备自身带有流量计。

样品的制备：

为了有效激发样品，需要使用磨样机来处理黑色金属（铁、镍等）；对于有色金属（铝、铜等）则需要车床来进行。

售后服务条款

服务人员：

设备设备安装、维修必须有专业、专职的服务工程师来完成。所有服务工程师都经过严格、完整的GNR产品及其相关服务培训，并获得相应的认证许可。

设备安装：

l 服务工程师在收到客户的安装条件确认表后，24小时内和客户取得联系，协商确认设备的具体安装时间。客户必须保证安装确认表内的信息的真实性、可靠性，否则由此带来的后果由客户自行承担。

l 服务工程师保证仪器被正确、规范的安装。在设备正常的状态下，服务工程师保证设备在安装完成时，能被正常的使用，并达到规定的技术标准。

l 在规定的时间内（一般不超过三天），完成对客户相关操作人员的培训。保证操作人员能独立、正确的完成设备的相关操作与应用，并得到合理的结果；保证操作人员能独立、正确的完成所有的客户端维护工作；基本的故障诊断、排除培训，使客户能迅速解决常见问题。如果由于客户原因，造成培训不能及时完成，由此产生的相关费用由客户承担。

l 服务工程师负责将合同规定的、与设备相关的所有部件、组件及技术资料，交付客户，并一一确认。

百瑞彩票l 对于特定的、与设备相关的其他技术资料，服务工程师提供相应的意见，并有义务协助客户完成。

l 安装完成3个月内，服务工程师回访用户，了解设备使用情况，给予相关的技术指导。

使用中的技术保障：

百瑞彩票l 服务工程师应在2小时内电话回应客户的来电技术服务需求。8小时内回应客户的邮件技术服务需求。

l 如无法通过电话、邮件解决客户端与设备相关的问题，且该问题是非人为因素造成，需要工程师上门服务的：保修期内，2个工作日上门服务，由此产生的差旅、服务及配件费用，客户无需承担；保修期外，在客户确认承担相关费用，并无其他欠款情况下，服务工程师在2个工作日内上门服务。服务完成后，客户支付相应的差旅费、服务费及配件费。客户人为因素造成的问题，不论保修期内，还是保修期外，产生的相关费用均由客户承担。

l 充足的备品、配件库存量，确保客户的硬件问题能得到及时、有效的解决。
